Coating
This
coating is a superficial plastic film of Polyamid (Rilsan) und
Polyethylen in various colours on almost all types of metallic surfaces.
All Metals which do not deform during the process-related heating up to
280 °C are suitable for this process of coating.
The
smooth and plain plastic coating is resulted-in with the help of whirl-sintering
technology drived by the compressed air. The process ends up with a
constant and solid melting coat on the metallic surface.
After
undergoing the process of sintering, the product will be Weatherproof,
durable, corrosion-resistant, decorative,
isolating, abraison-resistant, resistant to heat and cold,
elastic, oil and petrol resistant, insensitively cleanable.
Areas
of application: Cars and machinery parts, Steel constructions, chemical
plants, road and traffic works, wire-products, household machines,
electrical engineering, furniture accessories etc.

RILSAN-Coating
do have a high adherence, a smooth surface and they are extremely
impact-resistant. The ability of sliding, the elasticity and the
rub-resistance are very high. The absorption of the humidity is very less
and it lies below 1,0 of the weight-percentage.
RILSAN is very good stable against the weather conditions, sea weather,
Alkaline, Saline solutions, grease, oil and dissolvents.
RILSAN is physiologically unobjectionable according to the German and
American health regulations. Therefore, the contact with foods is
permitted. The protection against corrosion is very good.
RILSAN is produced out of the crops product and is available in various
colours.
