Thermoform
parts
We are specialized in forming
technical parts by processing them with the vacuum technique, which we use
to mould the thermoplastic materials.
The biggest dimension of a single
part that we mould is 1900 x 850 x 400 mm. The output thickness lies
between 1,0 und 10,0 mm.
Our machine unit, among others, is
build up of eight Illig UA-Sheet processing machines. Some machines are fitted with automatic
sheet loading device and there are two CNC 5-axis machines.
To work out customer-enquiries we
need technical drawing, CAD drawing in STEP, IGES or VDA format. If
possible, a sample of the part itself.
